Driver’s Age: Minimum age requirement: 20 to 80 years old.
Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license issued at least one year before the rental date is required.
Minimum Rental Duration: One (1) day. Each additional hour will be charged 1/5 of the daily rate.
Fines: Any fines or administrative penalties are the renter’s responsibility.
Deposit: A credit or debit card is required as a guarantee.
Prepayment: The estimated rental cost must be paid in advance.
Third-party liability insurance (excluding the driver):
Coverage for death or bodily injury up to €1,300,000.
Coverage for third-party property damage (excluding the rental car) up to €1,300,000.
In case of death, partial, or total disability of the driver, compensation is up to €5,000.
The renter is liable for the full value of the car in case of an accident caused by their fault.
Collision Damage Waiver (C.D.W.):
The renter can limit liability for vehicle damage to €750 for categories A & B and €1,500 for categories C & D, provided that the damage is not caused by a traffic violation or a breach of the rental agreement.
Exclusions from Insurance Coverage:
Damage to tires, windshield, windows, mirrors, wipers, and the undercarriage is not covered by any insurance.
Taxes: VAT (24%) is paid by the renter.
Fuel: The renter is responsible for fuel costs.
Pickup & Delivery Locations: Available at our offices, accommodations, the airport, and the port.
Accessories: Child seats and roof racks are available upon request.
Ferry Transport: Vehicles cannot be loaded onto a ferry without written approval from Naxos Vision.
